Book a Financial Planning Session Questions and Answers
I'm an existing Octopus Money Direct customer. Do I need to provide any account information to book a session?
Yes. When you have in your starter session you’ll need to tell make sure you provide your account number (starting “VMI”).
Can somebody book this appointment over the phone for me rather than go online?
You can call Octopus Money 0203 195 4455 and their friendly team can book the session for you, but the appointment itself is always carried out as an online video call.

I’ve just made a full transfer or withdrawal away from Octopus Money Direct but I’d like the free advice, can I still book the appointment?
If you have a positive balance at the time of the appointment you will qualify for the free planning offer. However, if you don’t have any accounts with a positive balance with Octopus Money Direct then you won’t get the offer.
You may still book a session though if you are interested in Octopus Money’s services.
Do Octopus Money provide independent financial advice?
Octopus Money will work with you 1-on-1 to build a personalised financial forecast and action plan around all your goals. From there you will have the option of investing with Octopus Money to put the plan into action. The advice is not independent, Octopus Money can only provide advice about their own products.
