We joined Octopus Money on 1 December 2025
If you moved with us, here’s the welcome letter that told you everything you need to know.
All our customers will have also received a letter before your account was moved explaining all the important information.
Remember, the value of investments can go up and down, so you may get back less money than you put in. Tax depends on your individual circumstances and the regulations may change in the future.
You normally need to be 55 (rising to 57 from 2028) to access your pension. You can only take your money from our pension as a single lump sum, with 25% of it tax-free. To take your pension using drawdown or another way, you’ll need to transfer it to another provider at retirement.
