- Sign in to Online Service.
- Click the ‘Go Paperless‘ prompt on your home page (or find it in your Profile).
- Confirm your choice.

What documents can I get online?
You’ll find account documents for the last 2 years in your documents in Online Service. Get in touch if you need anything older (but remember, we don’t hold digital copies of anything sent to you before January 2024)
If you can’t find what you’re looking for, send us a secure message or give us a call for help.
Can I go paperless in the app?
You can’t change personal details or go paperless in the app, you need to sign in to Online Service.
You can however see all of your investments and access your documents securely from the mobile app.
Once I go paperless, can I change my mind?
If you need a paper copy just get in touch with us and we’d be happy to help.
