We’re aware some mobile networks are sending our SMS authentication codes to Spam. If you haven’t received your code please check your Spam filter. If you’re still experiencing issues please get in touch.

S – Stop and think
Scammers often create a sense of urgency or apply pressure. Take your time, pause, and consider carefully what you are being asked to do before taking any action.
A – Ask questions
Ask yourself, could it be fake? Challenge the request and any details needed, only criminals will become agitated at this and rush you.
F – Freeze the money
If you have any doubts, do not make any transactions. It’s your money and your decision.
E – Educate and escalate
